What I have learned working here in the Bay Area as a Colon Hydrotherapist is that the path to healing is a slow, individual and worthy path to be on. Many of my clients travel, as do I on this path.

I have learned from working for the past 5 1/2 years consistently with the same people that this form of detoxification takes time and patience. I believe Kevin Trudeau is right in his book Natural Cures that it takes many colonics to open and tone the colon so that it can discharge unwanted toxins and waste. I do believe that going slower is better for the body, mind and spirit. Making steady changes in lifestyle that include diet and nutrition, health and longevity, and relaxation is working towards a 'detox' rather than, 'retox' state of being.

I have seen many results over these years with myself and clients that lead me to believe that change can only be looked at behind you and that shifting is in front. To shift little by little takes slowing down. Going slow in this culture is contrary to the mainstream. Something interesting might be to investigate other cultures and their concept of working to live instead of living to work and being made sick in the process. I encourage you to slow down, process change daily strive to be your authentic self.

Colon Hydrotherapy works very well but it takes time.

In the 'old days,' people did enemas as part of their health care regime I have heard of no addictive response to this practice nor do I believe Colon Hydrotherapy is or can become addictive. What I find is bad food becomes addictive and can damage and distend the colon and one migh think, eating this kind of food regularly, one needs more sessions, however if you teach your kids right to begin with they wont end up with the problems poor eating leaves the adult colon with.P>

Be steady in your health care regimen, watch how you judge yourself.

Notice that what you think, eat, and feel can also resides in your gut. Cleansing the bowel is the excavation of all that goes in and is a worthy process of eliminating physical, emotional and spiritual waste.
